GroYoga: Teacher Session & Technique Exchange

This project documents a special gathering of GroYoga instructors a space where teachers came together not just to move, but to connect, learn, and grow as a community.
Throughout the session, they shared unique techniques, explored breath and movement, and supported one another through intentional practice. My goal was to capture the authenticity, presence, and energy of this moment.
To achieve a dynamic and natural visual feel, I combined different types of lighting natural light, portable flash, and continuous light adapting to the flow of the session. The entire shoot was done with my Sony A7R III and a 24–70mm lens, allowing flexibility and intimacy throughout the space.
